- Align human resources strategy with global business objectives and AI-driven growth
- Optimize organizational structure, define roles, and enhance agility
- Design and implement global performance evaluation systems such as OKRs and KPIs

- Shape and promote core company values and cultivate a sense of ownership

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-growing international business
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or building HR systems from 0 to 1
- 8+ years of experience as a holistic HR Head or Regional HR Leader preferred
- English fluency for conducting multinational meetings and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-iteration business rhythm
- Proven ability to lead cross-regional projects and manage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to quickly master international labor laws and cultural nuances
