Head of HR/Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR strategy and organizational design to align with AI-driven growth and business objectives
• Design and optimize global performance management systems, including OKRs and KPIs
• Establish competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes to foster a high-performance culture
• Shape and promote core company values to bridge cultural gaps across cross-border teams
• Oversee global employment compliance, labor laws, and data privacy across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and professional growth tracks
• Standardize global office and administrative operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
• Manage administrative procurement, third-party vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and regional budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8+ years of experience as a holistic HR Head or Regional HR Leader
• Proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-growing international business
• Experience in a startup environment building HR systems and processes from 0 to 1
• Fluency in English for conducting multinational meetings and written documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments
• High level of agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-iteration business rhythm
• Proven ability to lead cross-regional projects and manage diverse stakeholders
