Head of HR

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions across Group companies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy
• Manage employee performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies
• Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis
• Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion
• Act as an internal career advisor to support employee growth within the Group
• Help build a strong company culture adapted to a dynamic, international, and fast-evolving environment

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management
• Strong international profile with proven experience working in global environments
• Mandatory previous experience in e-commerce and digital business environments
• Strong understanding of HR financial control, budgeting, and P&L management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• French language skills are considered a very strong plus
