Head of HR

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and team management across Dubai and Ibiza locations
• Standardize policies, processes, and HR documentation across all brands and entities
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, payroll, appraisals, and exits
• Ensure full legal compliance with UAE and Spanish labor laws
• Manage workforce planning and structuring across various departments
• Drive performance culture and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless payroll and cost alignment
• Optimize and oversee all HR processes through Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a group-level or regional leadership role
• Strong command of UAE labor law; familiarity with EU/Spanish labor regulations is a plus
• Experience in high-growth industries such as wellness, fitness, hospitality, or F&B
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll
• Fluency in English; Arabic, French, or Spanish is considered an asset
