About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement HR strategies, standards, and processes tailored to the operational needs and regulatory requirements of the Live Casino location.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the on-site HR team across onboarding, payroll input, performance processes, and employee relations.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop workforce strategies, including forecasting and capacity planning for peak demand.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee leadership development and succession planning for key roles in Live Operations.
  • Manage HR budgeting, including headcount planning and HR technology investment needs.
  • Ensure the work environment meets health and safety standards in collaboration with H&S teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the management team on workforce trends and people risks.
  • Localize and implement global HR policies to meet local labor legislation and working conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Leadership role.
  • Proven background working in regulated, high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, auditing tools, and documentation systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR operational integration during mergers, new studio builds, or market expansions.
  • Experience within the iGaming industry.
