Head of HR Administration & Payroll

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Administration & Payroll department for multiple companies within the EAT HAPPY GROUP
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to a team of 15 employees
• Ensure correct, timely, and legally compliant payroll processing (P&I Loga)
• Manage administrative processes and year-end closing tasks
• Develop and optimize HR administration, payroll, and time tracking processes
• Act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders and external authorities
• Manage HR projects and handle all labor law matters
• Maintain operational responsibility for a defined group of employees

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional and leadership experience in HR administration and in-house payroll
• Deep practical knowledge of current labor, wage tax, and social security law
• Experience with P&I Loga is an advantage
• Structured, responsible working style with high quality standards
• Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
