About the Company

Hippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare. We have the only system that can have safe, autonomous, clinical conversations with patients, utilizing our own LLMs as part of our Polaris constellation to achieve over 99.9% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Academy strategy, defining curriculum, delivery formats, and certification
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Safety to develop training
• Lead onboarding and continuous learning for internal team members regarding voice-agent deployment
• Architect a unified knowledge management system to catalog and govern critical documentation
• Define KPIs to track adoption, readiness, and safety outcomes
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of learning design and instructional technology experts
• Champion safe innovation and represent the Academy internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in senior L&D, training, or knowledge management
• Proven track record of scaling training programs for B2B or enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
• Experience building knowledge-management functions (taxonomy, governance, document control)
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and budget responsibility
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-suite clients
• Ability to travel 25-50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare or health-tech (providers, payers, or clinical workflows)
• Experience with voice/agent platforms or conversational AI design
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
