Head of Healthcare GTM

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for the Healthcare industry, including segmentation, messaging, and pricing.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases that align with industry pain points and regulatory realities.
• Own pipeline generation and revenue targets for the Healthcare vertical.
• Lead complex, large-scale enterprise deals ($1M+) from discovery through close and expansion.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key industry stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
• Establish strategic partnerships with consulting firms, SIs, and technology vendors to drive joint GTM programs.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities and industry-specific campaigns.
• Recruit and develop a vertical GTM team as the business scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM, or strategy roles within the Healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals exceeding $1M.
• Experience building or scaling a vertical practice within a consulting, SaaS, or AI company.
• Strong familiarity with data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work effectively in high-velocity, ambiguous, and fast-scaling environments.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
