Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the guest booking operation across all shows in the UK and LA
• Elevate booking strategy to align with brand and editorial priorities across long-form and short-form content
• Implement a data-informed approach to guest selection to replace gut instinct
• Deliver high-impact guest appearances that drive news cycles and audience engagement
• Manage, mentor, and scale high-performance booking teams across multiple locations
• Integrate AI tools and automation into research, talent pipeline management, and trend forecasting
• Implement structured workflows, clear reporting, and scalable systems

Requirements

• Proven experience as a booker or producer with a sharp editorial eye
• Deep understanding of the YouTube and digital content landscape
• Experience leading and managing teams across multiple locations
• Strong data analytics skills using tools like YouTube Studio and social listening platforms
• Ability to use AI and smart tooling to optimize booking workflows
• Established network of contacts across relevant cultural and media ecosystems
• Proactive, solutions-oriented founder's mentality
