Responsibilities

  • Drive GTM Strategy including segmentation, pricing, packaging, and growth initiatives
  • Lead high-impact projects to unlock growth through sales enablement and process optimization
  • Own GTM planning processes such as budgeting, territory planning, and revenue forecasting
  • Improve GTM operations by designing scalable systems and processes
  • Execute cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance
  • Build the operating cadence, reporting, and metrics for leadership decision-making

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, revenue, or a related function
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale a GTM or business operations function
  • Experience working within a revenue organization and understanding B2B SaaS GTM engines
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results without direct authority
  • Strong data proficiency including building models, dashboards, and analyses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with the finance/accounting buyer persona
  • Experience designing or facilitating sales or product enablement programs
  • Domain knowledge in accounting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), or financial operations
