Head of GTM Partnerships, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OpenAI's EMEA GTM partnerships strategy, operating model, and business objectives
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships including GSIs, consulting firms, and cloud providers
• Own partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-delivered business outcomes across EMEA
• Partner with regional sales leadership to create scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GTM Partner Directors across EMEA
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and performance management systems

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, SaaS, consulting, or ecosystem leadership
• Proven track record of building and managing large-scale strategic alliance programs across multiple markets
• Experience owning significant partner-driven revenue outcomes
• Experience working with Global Systems Integrators, consulting firms, and cloud providers
• Ability to lead distributed teams across Europe and navigate regional market dynamics
• Experience supporting large-scale digital or AI transformation initiatives
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or cybersecurity
• Experience leading partnerships at a hyperscaler or major AI platform company
• Experience carrying ecosystem-related revenue responsibility
• Demonstrated success building and scaling regional partner organizations
