About the Company

Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, we are building an agent-first platform that reshapes how revenue motions operate for customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue including PLG signups, sales-led pipeline, ARR, retention, and expansion
• Build the marketing engine from scratch, including team hiring and channel development
• Develop the agent-powered growth stack and manage pricing, evaluation, and expansion strategy
• Hire top-tier GTM talent and shape the company's brand and market category

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and compounding a demand engine from scratch
• Ability to simplify complex funnels, roadmaps, and organizational structures
• High sense of urgency and a relentless pursuit of market leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and technical debugging of conversion funnels
• Holistic understanding of all revenue levers and GTM functions
• Experience scaling high-growth AI or SaaS products
