About the Company
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z, Paradigm, Ribbit, Apollo, Coinbase and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best borrowing and lending terms onchain.
Responsibilities
- Own the full GTM organization, setting direction and standards for Customer Groups and Support functions
- Architect the GTM org design and manage people, including hiring, onboarding, and development
- Build commercial operating infrastructure from scratch, including CRM, pipeline tracking, and KPI frameworks
- Act as a senior commercial face of Morpho, leading tier-one conversations and closing deals
- Own revenue strategy and maintain feedback loops with the Product team to shape the roadmap
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling commercial organizations in complex B2B financial-infrastructure contexts
- Proven track record of closing technically complex products to institutional buyers
- Ability to build commercial operating infrastructure (pipeline, forecasting, KPIs) from scratch
- Deep product curiosity and ability to develop substantive knowledge of protocol economics
- Credibility with onchain, technical buyers and ability to speak fluently to protocol mechanics
- Strong people leadership experience across sophisticated teams

- Prior experience in the crypto industry
