Responsibilities
- Own AE onboarding end-to-end, including acting as the embedded manager for new reps during their first 2–3 month ramp
- Build and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and coaching programs
- Create sales training content including video overviews, written guides, and practice modules
- Use Siro's platform as the primary coaching tool to deliver targeted, data-driven feedback
- Provide codified feedback to the product team to enable continuous product improvement
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure team readiness
- Track ramp time, win rates, and program effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience as a first or early sales enablement hire
- Strong presence and ability to lead AEs and SDRs
- Passion for coaching and developing people
- Startup mentality with the ability to handle ambiguity
- Prior selling experience is a plus
