Head of GSO SGT Business Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence across engineering projects
• Drive cost reduction programs by identifying inefficiencies and improving resource utilization
• Implement process improvements that maintain quality and safety standards while enhancing efficiency
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation and process optimization projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical or non-technical roles
• Proven experience leading operational excellence initiatives and delivering measurable financial benefits
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills for producing and presenting performance reports to senior management
• A growth mindset and ability to work within a dynamic, forward-thinking organization
