About the role
About the Company
MediCircle is building the national infrastructure to make prescription drugs affordable. We reclaim unused medications, recertify their quality using our patented process, and redistribute them through our licensed pharmacy to provide patients with medications at zero out-of-pocket cost.
Responsibilities
- Build MediCircle’s supply growth engine by designing and executing experiments across different medication acquisition channels
- Own the entire reclamation pipeline from prospecting and lead generation to relationship development and deal execution
- Partner with founders to establish high-impact partnerships with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and advocacy groups
- Execute structured growth experiments to test messaging, channels, and audience segments
- Build a medication sourcing playbook by documenting outreach attempts, experiments, and lessons learned
- Manage growth tools including CRM setup and tracking data to inform acquisition strategies
- Execute community outreach including online campaigns, education sessions, and community events
Requirements
- Proven experience running acquisition funnels and outreach campaigns
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships with external organizations like healthcare groups or nonprofits
- Data fluency with ability to track KPIs and interpret funnel metrics
- Ability to design experiments and processes from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and build trust with diverse audiences
- Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
- Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to dive deep into workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or similar spaces
- 3+ years of experience in growth, strategic partnerships, sales, or business development
- Early-stage startup experience
- Experience crafting a sales or strategic partnerships playbook from scratch
