Head of Growth/Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Responsibilities

• Lead global growth initiatives across acquisition, monetization, retention, and expansion
• Shape and improve the end-to-end user acquisition journey across web and mobile
• Define and implement an experimentation culture for prioritizing and testing growth ideas
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between creative, user acquisition, and product teams
• Work with Product, BI, Marketing, and Engineering to unlock new revenue streams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing
• 3+ years in a leadership or ownership role
• Proven experience with subscription-based B2C products (web and/or mobile)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting user behavior and product data
• Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance evaluation frameworks
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Fluent English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven or product-led growth businesses
• Background in mobile growth or subscription products
• Experience managing large-scale acquisition budgets
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation ecosystems
