About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Usul's full-stack growth infrastructure, including outbound and inbound orchestration systems to drive pipeline.
  • Architect and run outbound engines using tools like Clay, Amplemarket, and Apollo for list building, enrichment, and personalization at scale.
  • Build inbound orchestration workflows to capture, route, and convert interest from the web, events, and content.
  • Own and optimize landing pages and conversion flows tailored to both commercial and government audiences.
  • Lead end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword research, programmatic pages, and content optimization for defense tech buyers.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering to align growth efforts with product development.
  • Vibe-code internal tools and automations to eliminate manual work and increase velocity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a growth or GTM role at an early-stage AI or B2B SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound engines using Clay, Amplemarket, Apollo, or equivalent tools.
  • Proven track record of standing up inbound orchestration and SEO optimization systems.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding funnels, attribution, and complex B2B metrics.
  • Ability to vibe-code experiments and automations independently.
  • High-ownership mindset with a bias to action and an interest in national security or defense tech.
