Responsibilities
- Drive category awareness to make The Path the default brand for AI therapy
- Rapidly test growth channels and identify scalable winners with known CAC and retention
- Create a research and media flywheel through earned media and creator coverage
- Establish performance marketing experiments with clear attribution and reporting
- Scale organic growth via social, content, SEO, and LLM search
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B partnerships and high-value distribution deals
- Define core growth metrics and drive a data-driven weekly operating rhythm
Requirements
- Experience in growth experimentation across multiple channels
- Fluency in media, social, content, SEO, and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and unit economics
- Proven ability in partnership sourcing, pitching, and deal-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for press and creators
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and SQL to drive data-driven decisions
- High degree of ownership, speed, and mission alignment regarding user safety
