About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive category awareness to make The Path the default brand for AI therapy
  • Rapidly test growth channels and identify scalable winners with known CAC and retention
  • Create a research and media flywheel through earned media and creator coverage
  • Establish performance marketing experiments with clear attribution and reporting
  • Scale organic growth via social, content, SEO, and LLM search
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B partnerships and high-value distribution deals
  • Define core growth metrics and drive a data-driven weekly operating rhythm

Requirements

  • Experience in growth experimentation across multiple channels
  • Fluency in media, social, content, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and unit economics
  • Proven ability in partnership sourcing, pitching, and deal-making
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for press and creators
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis and SQL to drive data-driven decisions
  • High degree of ownership, speed, and mission alignment regarding user safety
