Head of Growth

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive growth and expansion within the UAE market
• Build and lead the local Growth team, investing in member development and KPI delivery
• Oversee and monitor growth performance across the entire product suite
• Collaborate with Product Owners to improve internal growth methods, tools, and scalability
• Work closely with Operations to execute campaigns that drive customer value and revenue
• Negotiate key local and regional partnerships and vendor contracts
• Ensure alignment between local efforts and global growth initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2C marketing experience, specifically using Through The Line channels for acquisition
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Advanced analytical skills with a track record of making data-informed decisions
• In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers
• Experience working in high-growth, agile environments
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance or fintech
• Experience with experiential or guerrilla marketing tactics
