Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own top-line revenue growth targets and justify marketing spend against realized revenue
• Translate founder vision into a scalable, data-driven growth strategy and manage Growth and BD teams
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with insurance providers, corporate wellness, and fitness hubs
• Develop and execute omnichannel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and SEO
• Lead implementation of first-party data strategies including Server-Side Tracking and Meta CAPI
• Manage the marketing budget with focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Lead and coach the Contact Centre team to optimize lead-to-booked appointment conversion rates
• Design automated workflows like the "Triple-Touch" protocol to maximize appointment show-rates
• Maintain high performance standards for lead response time, call answer rates, and conversion benchmarks

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in Growth or Performance Marketing
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in Healthcare, Clinics, or HealthTech within the UAE/GCC
• Experience managing multi-million dirham budgets with accountability to Founders or Boards
• Experience leading or optimizing a Contact Centre, Sales, or Patient Services team
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM systems
