About the role
Responsibilities
- Define a global strategy for referral and growth partnerships aligned with GTM priorities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partners through complex commercial agreements
- Lead executive-level negotiations and close deals to accelerate growth
- Map and unlock growth channels within partner ecosystems to drive seller acquisition
- Launch and scale partnerships with clear GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of partnership managers globally
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal for smooth execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth leadership
- 7+ years in senior or team lead roles
- Experience partnering with large financial services, consumer platforms, retail, or SMB businesses
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial deals and scaling growth-driving partnerships
- Ability to structure partnership economics and evaluate business cases using data
- Experience building and leading global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS, fintech, or payments background
