About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define a global strategy for referral and growth partnerships aligned with GTM priorities
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partners through complex commercial agreements
  • Lead executive-level negotiations and close deals to accelerate growth
  • Map and unlock growth channels within partner ecosystems to drive seller acquisition
  • Launch and scale partnerships with clear GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of partnership managers globally
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal for smooth execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth leadership
  • 7+ years in senior or team lead roles
  • Experience partnering with large financial services, consumer platforms, retail, or SMB businesses
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial deals and scaling growth-driving partnerships
  • Ability to structure partnership economics and evaluate business cases using data
  • Experience building and leading global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS, fintech, or payments background
