Responsibilities

• Directly manage the marketing budget to grow user acquisition while maintaining CAC/ROAS goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow the performance marketing and creative teams
• Establish new distribution channels including organic growth and B2B2C strategies
• Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, product teams, and data analysts
• Lead teams through various stages of marketing maturity for both new and mature products

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience driving user acquisition growth under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets at scale
• 5+ years of experience as a people leader managing performance and driving measurable outcomes
• Deep knowledge of paid media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, mobile DSPs, TV, and direct mail
• Mastery of hypothesis-driven A/B, MVT, and incrementality testing
• Strategic thinker able to break down complex problems and mobilize resources
• Ability to define key marketing KPIs and understand underlying performance drivers
• Understanding of effective direct response creative frameworks
• SQL proficiency to pull data and cross-validate results
• Experience in fintech or D2C industry is a plus
