Responsibilities
- Own and run the enterprise ABM programme hands-on, working directly with Sales on target account selection and bespoke engagement plans
- Lead the wider growth marketing team and carry full accountability for demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue marketing
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key customer segments and verticals to drive quality pipeline
- Lead marketing efforts for entering new geographic and vertical markets in collaboration with the CMO and Product Marketing
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate capabilities into customer-facing narratives that resonate with buyers
- Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to build programmes that drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal within existing accounts
- Oversee the events strategy to ensure commercial purpose and clear ROI
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of three marketers
Requirements
- Significant experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams that deliver measurable revenue contribution
- Deep hands-on ABM expertise with the ability to personally build and run enterprise programmes end-to-end
- Experience working across multiple customer segments and verticals
- Track record of successful market expansion into new geographies or industry verticals
- Experience working in close alignment with Sales in a complex or enterprise-oriented sales motion
