Axle Health builds AI scheduling and workforce management software to empower in-home healthcare providers to deliver exceptional, personalized care right where patients feel most comfortable—at home. Backed by Y Combinator and Pear VC, we are upending how home healthcare is delivered through proprietary logistics algorithms and mobile technology.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the full demand generation engine including paid acquisition, content, events, and email campaigns
- Develop brand positioning and messaging to establish category leadership in AI-powered home healthcare operations
- Create a customer evangelism program to turn early adopters into advocates and case studies
- Establish marketing operations and analytics infrastructure to track attribution and ROI
- Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on ICP, messaging, and lead qualification
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5-7 years in demand generation or growth
- Proven track record of building marketing programs from 0 to 1 at early-stage startups
- Experience marketing to healthcare or complex B2B buyers with long sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in home healthcare or healthcare workforce technology
- Background in category creation or launching new product categories
- Experience managing agencies or contractors to extend capacity
