Head of Growth Marketing, Asia

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the growth marketing strategy across Asia, identifying opportunities at regional and country levels
• Manage and grow a team of growth marketers across multiple markets, providing coaching and direction
• Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic priorities
• Adapt global initiatives to local market needs, balancing regional consistency with country-level nuances
• Build Asia-specific capabilities, including regional pods and AI-first approaches to creative execution
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Business Operations, and global teams to align on priorities

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy
• Deep understanding of key Asia markets including Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia
• Proven experience managing strategies across multiple countries and complex organizations
• Experience leading and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams
• Strong ability to translate data and insights into strategic decisions
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams
• Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and AI-driven marketing solutions
