Head of Growth Engineering

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute growth systems that scale sales and marketing functions through automation and AI.
• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows to multiply output and personalize customer outreach.
• Design and ship high-velocity growth experiments, including A/B testing, landing pages, and viral mini-products.
• Automate prospecting and GTM workflows using tools like Clay, web scrapers, and custom enrichment flows.
• Own growth analytics and forecasting by defining key metrics and building performance dashboards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of mission-driven growth engineers and operators.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align experiments with commercial goals.

Requirements

• Full-stack development skills, specifically with JavaScript, Python, and React.
• Hands-on experience with growth and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, Retool, or Make.
• Practical experience integrating AI agents and LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into production workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and performance measurement.
• A proven track record of designing and shipping successful growth experiments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building self-service product initiatives with high-quality UX.
• Deep understanding of demand generation and brand storytelling across diverse verticals.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environments.
