About the Company

eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands without outside capital. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup, managing a portfolio of category leaders across Amazon, major retailers, and DTC channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth forecast across DTC, TikTok Shop, and paid social channels
• Lead all paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Build and manage a systematic testing framework for creative and landing pages
• Own the creator pipeline and implement scalable UGC and influencer programs
• Lead creative strategy, including messaging, hooks, and visual identity
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and retention strategies
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketplace leads to align demand with inventory and profitability
• Ensure all advertising and creator content meets FTC and platform compliance
• Build and manage a high-performing growth team including media buyers and creative strategists

Requirements

• 8–15+ years in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition leadership
• Proven success scaling a CPG or DTC brand from $20M+ to $75M+
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising ecosystems
• Strong track record in creator-heavy acquisition strategies
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in CAC/MER modeling, attribution, and data analytics
