Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to design and implement marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention
• Develop strategies to increase active user base and drive transaction frequency for key products
• Lead digital adoption efforts for the mobile app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs
• Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps
• Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance to inform future strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies
• Proven success in growing digital products or financial services offerings
• Previous business experience in lending, investment, or payment products
• Experience in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives
