Responsibilities

• Architect the GTM Playbook by building a repeatable outbound sales motion, defining segmentation, messaging, and CRM workflows.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives including formal referral systems and AI-optimized global sync tools.
• Lead from the front by personally driving Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration.
• Bridge Product and Market by translating publisher needs into a prioritized product backlog.
• Maintain operational excellence through qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
• Scale and mentor the CSM team, managing KPIs and career growth plans.

Requirements

• Proven track record of running full-cycle enterprise sales while managing a team of 2–5 people.
• Experience building outbound engines from scratch, including A/B outreach and sequencing.
• Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for mobile game studio leaders.
• High-stakes leadership skills to manage multi-geo teams across Berlin, China, and Israel.
• Strong operational rigor and proficiency in using CRM data and AI tools to scale efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the mobile gaming or digital advertising industry.
• Ability to thrive in high-intensity, early-stage startup environments.
