Head of Growth & Acquisition

About the Company

Lucis is building the OS for human longevity, aiming to make preventive healthcare the default for every human in Europe. We believe healthcare should be preventive, not reactive, helping people add more healthy years to their lives.

Responsibilities

• Own all paid customer acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic
• Develop performance creative strategy and testing infrastructure
• Optimize CAC across France, UK, Germany, and Spain
• Manage attribution and acquisition analytics
• Drive referral program growth in collaboration with the Lifecycle Lead
• Hire the first media buying specialist within the first 6 months

Requirements

• Proven experience managing at least €100K+/month in paid media (Meta and Google minimum)
• Experience scaling DTC or subscription acquisition within the European market
• Ability to build dashboards and execute directly within ad platforms
• Strong mathematical focus on CAC/LTV metrics
• Player-coach mindset with the ability to both build playbooks and execute them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer industries
• Experience with multi-market EU scaling (FR, UK, DE, ES)
• Experience utilizing UGC or influencer content in paid advertising
• Familiarity with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
