Head of Group Risk Management and Insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead the Epiroc Loss Prevention program and set the Group Insurance Strategy and annual plan
• Manage the procurement and engagement of insurance brokers
• Participate in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities
• Ensure adequate insurance coverages are placed in adherence with Group Insurance Policy
• Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration processes
• Manage the company's captive solution
• Support the organization regarding claims management
• Coordinate efficient processes between Group Risk Management, insurance providers, and business units

Requirements

• Relevant academic education
• 15+ years of experience within the insurance industry, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Proven previous leadership experience
• Comprehensive insurance knowledge (property, business interruption, liability, financial lines, and marine cargo)
• Experience managing captive solutions
• Fluency in both English and Swedish (written and oral)
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cyber insurance and M&A risk
• Strong existing relations within the global insurance industry
