Head of Go To Market/Route To Market

Responsibilities

• Implement long term strategic plan for the organization
• Develop business plans and resource allocations to deliver market performance
• Ensure full compliance with local and national regulations
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and build a professional team to implement company strategy
• Drive business process improvement across commercial and operational support teams
• Engage with operational stakeholders to deliver eCommerce strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management)
• Experience leading a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree, preferably MBA
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Experience driving organizational development and change management
