Head of Global Warehouse Processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse-side project management for the creation of new warehouse logistics, including a new construction project at the Aresing site
• Coordinate internal departments and external partners throughout the construction and implementation phases
• Develop modern logistics and automation concepts to meet future growth requirements
• Oversee the commissioning and ramp-up phase of the new warehouse facility
• Establish and continuously optimize international warehouse and material flow concepts
• Manage and further develop global warehouse processes in close collaboration with international locations
• Foster a performance-oriented and innovative team environment

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in warehouse logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in planning and implementing modern logistics and warehouse construction projects
• Experience working in an international environment with expertise in global process standardization
• Strong project management skills and a high capacity for execution
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
