Head of Global Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive transformation of the global talent acquisition function, including the design and buildout of new regional hiring hubs.
• Reimagine end-to-end recruitment processes and drive the adoption of modern, data-driven TA systems and tools.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global TA team of approximately 15 professionals across multiple regions and time zones.
• Define and own global TA metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
• Personally lead a portfolio of executive-level requisitions and manage relationships with external executive search firms.
• Partner with senior leadership to define workforce priorities and co-lead the rollout of a new Employee Value Proposition.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with significant experience at a global enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of leading large, distributed TA teams through organizational or functional transformation.
• Hands-on experience executing executive-level searches and managing search firm partnerships.
• Experience designing or implementing regional recruiting hubs or centers of excellence.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent degree is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience modernizing TA operating models and systems in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong technology fluency, including experience with AI-driven recruitment tools and workforce analytics.
• Deep understanding of international labor markets and global regulatory environments.
