Head of Global Service Providers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for service providers, including carriers, managed service providers, and cloud providers.
• Build executive relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers and lead complex commercial negotiations regarding pricing and partnership terms.
• Design scalable partner programs encompassing onboarding processes, technical enablement, and operational infrastructure.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Regional Sales teams to align service provider requirements with the product roadmap.
• Build and develop a global team of business development managers, partner engineers, and program managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, service provider partnerships, or channel partnerships within enterprise software or SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience leading global teams in senior roles with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships with telecommunications carriers.
• Technical proficiency managing integrations including APIs, cloud peering, and billing systems.
• Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS vendors or telecommunications companies.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, including data residency and telecommunications regulations.
