Head of Global Programming

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global programming strategy for Creators HQ and the 1 Billion Followers Summit
• Shape overall agendas, themes, and content direction across all stages and initiatives
• Identify key trends in the creator economy, media, and technology to translate into programming opportunities
• Lead and manage the programming team, including Program Managers and cross-functional collaborators
• Oversee the sourcing and curation of top-tier global speakers, creators, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with platforms, brands, and partners to co-create impactful programming
• Oversee end-to-end program execution to ensure excellence in delivery and experience
• Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor and optimize programming performance

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in programming, content strategy, events, or media
• Proven experience leading large-scale global programs or events
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, digital platforms, and content trends
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
