Head of Global Platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global platforms partnership strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead negotiations and relationship management with major social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Monitor platform ecosystem trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with programming, marketing, creator relations, and operations teams to integrate platform partnerships
• Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate partnership success and provide strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or senior leadership within digital media or the creator economy
• Proven track record managing relationships with major social media platforms
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with large-scale event management
• In-depth knowledge of emerging trends in the creator economy and digital media sectors
