Head of Global Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Define and scale a multi-dimensional partnerships strategy spanning brokers, banks, technology integrations, crypto networks, and embedded finance.
• Strengthen and optimize existing broker channels while creating scalable playbooks for replication across multiple regions.
• Identify and pioneer net-new partnership categories to drive global revenue.
• Lead the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, deal structuring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to embed the partner motion into the company's scaling process.
• Establish global metrics, incentives, and processes to align with the company's growth agenda.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development.
• Proven track record of building and scaling multiple types of channel programs (e.g., technology, financial institutions, and advisory ecosystems).
• Deep experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments industries.
• International experience managing partnerships across North America, Latin America, or EMEA.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Strong commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Deep familiarity with the Brazilian and Latin American markets.
• Experience building ecosystems in highly complex, cross-border financial landscapes.
