Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a client services team across multiple markets
• Drive performance across response times, client satisfaction, and delivery quality
• Embed a culture of ownership, speed, and commercial awareness
• Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows using tools and technology
• Coach team members on communication, client handling, and escalation management
• Implement structured training and development programmes
• Create visibility across performance through metrics, reporting, and accountability
• Leverage AI and modern tools to automate, streamline, and remove manual work
• Drive rapid change and continuous optimization of systems and processes

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing teams in a client-facing environment (legal, immigration, relocation, EOR, or similar)
• Experience improving team performance and delivery standards
• Experience working with enterprise or complex clients
• Strong ability to use AI and modern tools for workflow automation and process optimization
• High level of operational strength and organizational skills
• Ability to drive change quickly and make decisions with imperfect information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transforming or significantly improving a team's performance
• Proven success implementing systems or tools that increased efficiency
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and workflow automation tools
