Head of Global HR-IT Business Applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Brno-based team of HR-IT consultants and key users
• Drive global HR-IT strategy and align initiatives with digitalization goals
• Oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related HR applications worldwide
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and external vendor relationships
• Ensure high service quality through SLA management and KPI tracking
• Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR-IT or SAP environment
• Strong leadership experience and experience with global team transformation
• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (on-premise and cloud)
• Experience with SLA/KPI management and budgeting
• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
