Head of Global Growth, Data & Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the global growth agenda for the Data & Technology (D&T) practice, driving new business acquisition and expanding strategic client relationships.
• Design and execute a comprehensive global D&T growth strategy, aligning market targeting and go-to-market execution with commercial priorities.
• Lead high-profile pitches in partnership with Media, Creative, and CXM practices to develop compelling, client-centered narratives.
• Drive proactive demand generation by building and managing a robust pipeline of cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive clients, co-creating D&T transformation roadmaps.
• Design and optimize the global growth operating model, including sales operations, pursuit management, and pipeline governance.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance global sales and growth organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data & technology solutions, marketing technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior growth or sales leadership role, including leading global sales organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of winning high-profile, complex deals and managing end-to-end pursuit efforts.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and inspire global talent.
