Head of Global Diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full Diagnostics P&L at a ~$500M scale with a 10%+ growth mandate
• Lead and scale two distinct business platforms: Reference Laboratory Services and Point of Care Diagnostics
• Drive the end-to-end integration of acquired laboratory capabilities to ensure full value realization
• Execute an active M&A and business development strategy, including target identification and due diligence
• Lead a global organization of approximately 1,050 colleagues, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture
• Define and implement differentiated go-to-market strategies across US and international markets
• Represent Zoetis Diagnostics as the external face to customers, partners, regulators, and industry leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, DVM/VMD, or PhD) strongly preferred
• 15+ years of progressive senior commercial leadership experience in animal health, veterinary diagnostics, human diagnostics, or medtech
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership at a significant enterprise scale
• Demonstrated success in M&A, including pipeline management and post-acquisition integration
• Experience leading large, complex global organizations in a matrixed environment
• Fluency in English; ability to travel internationally 30-40% of the time
