Head of Global Content & Distribution

Responsibilities

• Lead the global film initiative as an end-to-end owner
• Set strategic direction and drive execution for the Alternativa Film Festival and the Impact Scouting, Creation & Distribution program
• Position Alternativa as a globally recognized player in impact cinema
• Build a sustainable system for scouting, creating, and distributing transformational films and series from the Global South
• Maximize audience reach through multi-platform distribution to reach hundreds of millions of people worldwide

Requirements

• Strong experience in the film industry
• Proven ability to build scalable systems rather than just managing individual projects
• Experience in global film distribution and content strategy
