- Lead, develop, and scale a diverse team of communications professionals
- Build strong relationships with internal leaders, media, partners, and vendors
- Leverage analytics and emerging technologies to optimize communications outcomes
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in global communications or agency leadership
- Proven expertise in crisis management and navigating complex stakeholder issues
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing, diverse teams
- Experience working directly with C-suite and senior leaders
- Track record of delivering impactful stories across diverse global markets
- Data-driven and experimental approach to designing scalable systems
- Fluency in using tech and data, including AI, to enhance storytelling
