Head of Global Accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead global trade term negotiations with major international airport and travel retail accounts.
• Act as the single global point of contact for key customers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Develop and execute global commercial strategies and annual plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Manage full volume and P&L accountability for assigned accounts, ensuring strong financial discipline.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Key Account Managers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Customer Marketing to ensure unified global execution.
• Shape portfolio strategy based on shopper insights, global trends, and channel performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior-level global account management within the Travel Retail sector.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in complex negotiations.
• Deep knowledge of duty-free channels and global key account management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the spirits or wider FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Ability to manage high-visibility roles and complex stakeholder environments with resilience.
