Head of GHR Technology – Vice President

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global GHR Technology strategy aligned with HR business priorities and enterprise technology direction
• Own the end-to-end global HR application portfolio of approximately 160 applications, including Workday, payroll, benefits, and talent platforms
• Drive digital transformation, including the deployment of GHR AI and intranet capabilities
• Ensure stable and resilient operation of HR applications and over 180 integrations
• Manage risk, cybersecurity, and compliance across the HR portfolio, ensuring adherence to data privacy and IAM standards
• Act as a strategic technology partner to global HR leadership to improve roadmap transparency and stakeholder alignment
• Lead a global GHR Technology organization, managing internal teams, strategic vendors, and financial oversight

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience supporting large-scale enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated experience managing large, global application portfolios with complex regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, integrations, data privacy, and identity/access management (IAM)
• Proven people leadership experience managing global technology teams and vendors
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, regulated environment
