Responsibilities
- Write messages for global audiences regarding strategy and culture
- Co-lead change and crisis management approaches
- Develop sub-audience communication strategies for store populations, regional teams, and leadership
- Lead executive communications for key leaders, including live speaking and written messages
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to build team culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, or Journalism
- Strong writing skills across multiple mediums including talking points, slides, and video
- Extensive experience working with senior leaders and building executive personas
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in at least one audiovisual format such as video, audio, graphic design, or animation
- Proficiency with Slack and G-Suite
- Fluency in English
