Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of building, shipping, and evolving the frontend ecosystem
• Define and deliver detailed technical roadmaps and implementation plans
• Set engineering standards and mentor developers
• Foster a culture of extreme ownership and high-leverage work
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to streamline production paths

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership with daily coding experience
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React at scale
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Proven track record of maintaining high velocity in high-growth environments
• Ability to manage technical debt while delivering high-quality code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native
