Head of Front Office - Global Treasury

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide FX risk management strategies and execute hedging programs
• Manage global liquidity structures and optimize cash positions across multiple jurisdictions
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for global banking partners and negotiate facilities
• Lead trade finance activities including LC, SBLC, and bank guarantees
• Structure and negotiate financing for strategic capital projects
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Ensure compliance with Treasury Policy and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of treasury experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions
• Hands-on experience in identifying, quantifying, and executing FX hedging strategies
• Proven experience leading or supporting TMS implementation and optimization projects
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic banking relationships and negotiating facilities
• Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent
• Experience implementing regional or global liquidity structures like cash pooling or in-house banking
• Prior people management experience leading a small treasury team
